Happy New Year!

Wow...so much has happen in the last while, so here's a quick recap:

• Fabulous Christmas; saw and enjoyed being with family, brother had wedding reception in Foremost, went cross-country skiing (fed a bird out of my hand), ate copeous amounts of delicious food (including Lighthouse sushi!), went shopping (great deals, 2 cardigans for $15), got stuck in a blizzard, and was upgraded to first class on new flight (and definitely took advantage of all "first class" had to offer)
• Made some New Year resolutions
• Starting to eat healthy again
• Got a ride going 100 miles per hour around the speedway (Lowe's Motor Speedway, a 1/5 mile track). Loved it.
• Missed my students
• Enjoying drama club and all it's funny moments
• Having fun dates with Darcen
• Went to a 300 year old plantation
• Hiking
• Enjoying warm weather
• Looking forward to the long weekend and the adventure it will bring
