Thanksgiving

The wonderful thing about American Thanksgiving is the time off of work! We were able to fly out to see Amber and Stephen in Indiana from Wednesday to Sunday last week and had a great time. They are both excellent hosts!

So first things first, here was the unique Thanksgiving meal.

We started off the meal with a type of bruschetta. A perfect start!

We enjoyed a delicious paella, which was a dish that Amber and Stephen discovered in Spain this past year.


Stephen also made his famous pumpkin cheesecake. It was creamy and melted right in my mouth. I will definitely have to give it a try sometime!


We enjoyed the lighting up ceremony downtown in Bloomington.


The weather was perfect for hiking.

Our weekend ended with a fantastic meal of Indian food in honor of Alli in India. We miss you and love you!


Thanks again Amber and Stephen...we had a great weekend and can't wait to see you again in a few weeks!
